Very Important Info on Parking

  • To access the parking lot you MUST have a parking pass to park. 
  • There is no pay at gate entrance on day of the event.  
  • ONLY 1,000 parking passes available. 
  • If you do not have a parking pass then you MUST use a driving service (Uber, Lyft, etc.) or be dropped off & picked up in the designated drop off /pickup areas
  • Highly Encourage Attendees to carpool with friends!

There is no seats at this venue.  GA is welcome to bring a foldable chair and or blanket.  There is no assigned seating.  and there are no chairs available to rent.


Chairs are NOT allowed in VIP section.

  1. 4,000 GA General Admission tickets are available for each show. (Use Gate 1)

VIP Pit includes:

- Access to pre-show field party 

- Early entry into the Horseshoe Venue (2 hour before show start time)

- Private indoor air conditioned restrooms

- Private bars and Private food and beverage vendors

- Access to Pit area directly in font of the stage

- Sorry no chairs permitted in VIP Pit area



GA includes:

- Access to pre-show field party 

- Entry into the Horseshoe Venue (1 hour before show start time)

- General Public indoor air conditioned restrooms or clean and stocked portable bathrooms

- Public area bars, food and beverage vendors

- Access to GA area within 200 feet of the stage

- Bring your own foldable chairs or blankets are allowed in GA



 There will be a total of 3 gate entrances at the facility.

  • Gates are available based on the ticket type and vehicles must have the VIP pass to utilize the VIP gate.
  • Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement and the venue parking lot attendants. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event, we will post this information on our social media pages.
  • No parking available for oversized vehicles (i.e. large vans, buses, motorhomes, etc).
  • All patrons are subject to a mandatory trunk check
  • 2 Motorcycles can park in 1 designated parking spot. 
  • There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be towed at the owners expense.
  • If you are arriving in an Uber/Lyft, please notify the parking attendants so they may direct the vehicle to the designated Drop off / Pick up area.

No, unfortunately, all ticket sales for No Offseason Entertainment are final and non-refundable.

Each show is held RAIN OR SHINE.


 

              Parking Lot 

  • Parking lots will open 3-4 hours before event start time and will close 2 hours after event end time.  Please check social sites for updated times the parking lot opens for each show.


              Re-Entry

  • Re-Entry is not permitted at our venue. Please ensure that everything you will need for the event is brought in with you. If you do leave the concert venue at any point; you will not be allowed back in without a new ticket.


  • Scalping Tickets
    Scalping or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited on the property of the venue. Any guest caught selling tickets on property will be turned over to local law enforcement.
     


  • Security Procedures
    When coming through the gates, please plan on security using metal detectors for search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via metal detectors, please let our Security know and they will give you an alternative to our metal detectors.


  • Medical Assistance
    First Aid is located at the multiple locations in the complex (please see map). We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have ambulances on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. 


  • Severe Weather Evacuation Plan                                                                         
  • With being an outdoor venue. In case of a severe weather situation the best available and safest spot for attendees would be their vehicles.  Our safety plan would be monitored by a trained Emergency Management Team and if we determine Evacuation is needed. We would use our best judgement so that everyone has time to reach their vehicles to avoid being caught in a dangerous situation.  Security and parking lot attendants will be at areas or stations to help keep people moving in a quick and safe manner back to their vehicles.
  • If you do not have a vehicle or are unable to reach your vehicle, Please go to the covered patio of the main building for shelter.


 


Yes, we will have many first class food and drink amenities throughout the complex for both the field party and during the concert.  Serving your favorite concert foods and drinks at reasonable prices.

Please  NO outside food and drinks allowed.


Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events (cell phones, disposable, digital, or 35mm cameras with no interchangeable or telephoto lens). However, for some events, at the request of the artist, cameras of any type may be prohibited.

Video cameras, iPads, selfie sticks, audio recording devices, monopods, tripods, Go-Pros, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted at any time without prior approval from management.

Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times.

This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.


Smoking is only permitted inside smoking designated areas in the complex.  No smoking permitted at any time when not in these designated smoking areas.  This policy includes all forms of smoking including e-cigarettes. It applies to employees, customers, vendors, clients, contractors, consultants, and all other visitors.


Yes we will have clean, fresh, and full bathroom amenities stocked for the event

While providing access to the most popular concerts and festivals, we will make sure our guests, volunteers and workers have ample access to clean and stocked indoor and outdoor portable toilets. With a variety of options ranging from indoor bathrooms and sinks to standard porta potty units to hand wash stations or restroom trailers, ADA-approved accessible portable toilets, and more to meet all of our attendees needs. 


Most shows will be all ages show.  children 6 & under are free.

To Purchase alcoholic beverages. Individuals 21 and older must be scanned with a VALID government-issued ID to receive a verified 21 & over bracelet. Acceptable forms of identification include a state-issued driver’s license or ID card, military ID, or international Passport. A student ID is not an acceptable form of identification.
